Tumblr in China

All this time, I had no idea that tumblr was accessible in China! :D

At least I can still share stuff here from time to time ;)

Spicy Rosemary Shrimp

-1 pound medium shrimp (remove dark vein), peeled.
-2 tbsp olive oil.
-2 garlic, thinly sliced.
-1 tbsp thinly chopped fresh rosemary leaves.
-1 tbsp pepper flakes (or 1/2, depends on how much pepper you want).
-salt and black pepper.
-lemon juice.

On a large pan, add olive and garlic slices. Wait till they they’re golden.
To the pan, add rosemary, pepper flakes and shrimp (cook for around 3 mins).
Season with salt and pepper.
Squeeze lemon.
